Wasilik E. Klimenko

I graduated in 1984 from El Rancho High School in Pico Rivera, California. After going into the workforce for a couple of years, I join the United States Navy in 1986. I stationed in San Diego where I was in boot camp for 9 weeks. I stood in San Diego while I continued my U.S. Naval training in Radio Communication. I graduated in the summer as a Radioman Class “A” June 20, 1986 and stood in San Diego until I completed my service.

After the Navy I went to work at Sysco Foods in Walnut, California while I studied for my California Real Estate license and in 1989 I joined ERA Realty.

Serving in the United States Navy, going through boot camp and Radio Communication training taught me a lot of Leadership, Discipline and Respect. It was tough to be away from family and friends for the first time in my young life.

I remember thinking in my first few weeks of joining, “Did I make the right decision joining?” YES, I was and still am honored to have served, it has made me the person I am today. I wouldn’t trade it for the world!

I started my Real Estate career in 1989 for ERA Realty and in 1996 I became a Real Estate Broker and I opened my own company; United Klimenko Realty located in Montebello California. In 1998 we moved to Uptown Whittier where we continued growing and became one of the top Real Estate offices in Los Angeles County.

In the year 2000 we opened LoanAxis Inc. a mortgage company to provide our clients with more services to help them achieve their goal of Home ownership. LoanAxis Inc. is a full service mortgage company that provides many different Home loans to suit the needs of our clients.

In 2002 we opened EscrowAxis Inc. to complete our concept of providing all your Real Estate needs under one roof! With all 3 companies under one roof, we changed the name of United Klimenko Realty to The Real Estate Store inc. – (TRES inc.)
